2017 in Review: Assessing Goals and Achievements

Being on a ferry is exciting, especially in those moments as you’re leaving the harbor. It’s really interesting to gain perspective on the shores you’re departing, and to appreciate the beautiful coast line as one embarks to open waters and the eventual destination. Tapering and Thinking about Kepler

You might consider my running hobby insane, but this past year was a lot of fun! I’ve been able to stay healthy and race in six different states – two road marathons, a 50K ultra, and several other events. In total, I’ve raced 12 times.
